Course Package -Now $299

     (Regular Price At $349)

  • ​7 lessons.

  •  Each lesson:

        -50 minutes of driving.

        -50 minutes of observation. 

  • Pick-up and drop-off service.

       

Students who successfully  complete the course will receive a Driving License.

   Behind-the-Wheel Training: 7 Total Appointments

  •  Lesson Length – Each session is about 1 hour and 40 minutes.

    • 50 minutes driving.

    • 50 minutes observing another student drive.

  •  First 6 Lessons = Practice

    • Focus on learning, practicing, and improving skills with your instructor.

​​

  •  7th Lesson = Road Test

    • Students must bring their classroom completion form.

    • If you pass, you’ll receive a Driver Training Certificate (DTS-B).

    • Certificate is valid for 180 days.

​​

   About the DTS-B Certificate

  • Works with your Learner’s Permit as a temporary license.

  • Becomes valid once you:

    • Are at least 16 years and 3 months old, and

    • Have held your Learner’s Permit for 9 months.

   After the Course

  • We submit your DTS-B to the DMV for official record.

  • Within about 3 months, your local Juvenile Court will mail you a postcard.

  • The postcard will include details of your licensing ceremony.

  • At the ceremony, you’ll receive your permanent Driver’s License.

DMV Road Test Assistance (Adults)

​No car? No problem! We’ll provide a DMV approved vehicle for your road test.

 

Course Package - $149​

  • Includes a 2-hour practice lesson (can be scheduled any time before your road test)

  • Pick-up and drop-off service

  • Use of our safe, DMV-approved vehicle for the test

DMV Road Test Prep Course

Wiver Course

​Adults Behind the Wheel (Waiver Course)

                   $395

  • 7 Class Course

  • 1hr and 40min class each (50 min driving + 50 min observing)

  • Includes Final Road Test

  • Must have a valid VA Learners Permit

  • Must have completed Drivers Ed (DEC-8 Card needed to start)

  • Must know how to drive

  • Note: After successful completion, the student will receive a Waiver from Changing Lanes Driving School. The Waiver is taken to the DMV and converted into a license.
